A very well reputed and established country-wide educational institution is looking for a Systems Manager in Karachi for its Computer Department of a huge library with a wireless network, Sun Solaris & Compaq servers, and Oracle 6 and Oracle 10 database environment.
- Strong experience in analysis, design, application development, and production support using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Developer Forms and Reports.
- Strong working and conceptual knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms and Reports, Java.
- Application development in Visual Basic/.NET or Java etc. with Oracle as backend database.
- Experience in Oracle Forms and Reports 10g to develop user interfaces and customized Forms and Reports based on user requirements for Oracle Applications.
- Experienced in Application Server & comfortable working with testing, debugging, and deployment of applications.

What You'll Do:- Provide real-time support for issues related to Salesforce and other integrated platforms; troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues promptly reported on the Enterprise Systems Service Desk.
- Administer and support Salesforce.com, including but not limited to user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
- Manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
- Oversee the onboarding for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack.
- Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests and implement appropriate changes and/or escalate to the change advisory board when necessary.
- Manage workload and projects, many on a time-sensitive basis, while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Create and update documentation for different audiences within the team.
- Must have prior experience in a user-facing technical support, application support, or Service Desk role.
- Requires at least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for Salesforce, with a focus on assisting end-users with their day-to-day tasks and issues.
- Familiarity with the standard user functions of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve user-reported application problems.

We’re looking for an experienced and impact-driven Engineering Manager to lead a newly formed team focused on the reliability, robustness, and performance of our AI features and services. This team will play a critical role in ensuring our AI-powered features operate with high precision and consistency in production environments.
You will be responsible for building and growing a team of engineers and analysts focused on data analysis, debugging, root-causing production issues, and figuring out the long tail of failures and corner cases across our AI stack. Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams, preferably in AI, ML infrastructure, or production systems.
- Strong understanding of AI feature development lifecycles, data pipelines, model debugging, and post-deployment validation.
- Proven experience with root cause analysis, reliability engineering, or debugging complex distributed systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to dig deep into data to uncover insights.
- Experience working cross-functionally with ML researchers, product managers, customer success and support teams, and data engineers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
