As a Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide continuous support and enhancement for essential IT systems and their underlying infrastructure in an environment primarily reliant on Sage ERP. We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our growing organization, specializing in IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 and possessing a functional understanding of finance budgeting and forecasting. This role involves advanced development, troubleshooting, and implementation of TM1 solutions to meet complex business requirements.

The person will be part of the Finance Planning and Reporting team, working closely with their manager to deliver TM1 planning and budgeting roadmaps for global stakeholders.

1. Design and develop IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions following standards, including writing logical, complex, efficient, and well-documented code for TM1 rules and Turbo Integrator processes. Knowledge of Python and TM1py libraries is a plus.
2. Write business requirement specifications, define effort levels for projects/enhancements, and coordinate system tests to ensure solutions meet business needs.
3. Work with source data using SQL, understanding data structures and writing complex queries.
4. Understand cloud technologies, especially AWS and Databricks, which will be advantageous.
5. Experience with client reporting and dashboard tools like Tableau, PA Web, and PAFE.
6. Understand ETL processes and data manipulation.
7. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for your work and making moderate-impact decisions.
