Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
• Ensure that environmental management processes align with ISO 14001 standards and other applicable environmental regulations.
• Conduct environmental risk assessments to identify potential impacts and aspects associated with organizational activities.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to establish measurable environmental objectives and targets.
• Monitor progress toward achieving environmental goals and facilitate necessary adjustments.
• Stay informed about environmental laws and regulations affecting the organization.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits, licenses, and reporting requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Environmental Management (e.g., Certified Environmental Professional) is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of proven experience in implementing and managing environmental management systems, preferably within an ISO 14001 framework.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Sustainability Manager develops and implements sustainability strategies, promoting environmental responsibility and ESG excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sustainability strategies
- Conduct environmental impact assessments
- Manage ESG reporting and compliance
- Promote sustainable practices across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, or CSR
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Masters degree in Political sciences OR MBA HR OR Economics OR Business OR Environmental sciences or communications.

In the capacity of CSR Head, you will be required to make all the necessary arrangements for:

• Develop, update and communicate the company HSEMS and annual programs for implementation.
• Communication with the customers, development and submission of factory profiles.
• Set, update and communicate the company HR, HSE standards, procedures, code of practices and guidelines to be in line with local and international standards, regulations and ensure their implementation.
• Reporting to the director on all aspects of the HSE and HRMS administrative system.
• Communication with different tiers of management and staff to ensure best practices in the field of HR & HSE.
• Systematically identify challenges connected to HSE and HRMS; register and develop and update systems, documentation, policy systems and relevant standards and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits of health and safety performance and employment standards.
• Facilitate external audits, CAP development and submission, CAP execution etc.
• Provide guidance on the preparation of health and safety plans and monitor, evaluate and develop their effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain suitable health and safety and HRMS training standards.
• Provide advice and information to the Health and Safety committee.
• Make recommendations to the Health and Safety committee on any changes regarding the improvement of the policy.
• Develop and maintain a system to facilitate the provision of health and safety information to all workers.
• Support Managers in developing detailed plans and procedures to ensure the consistent and effective implementation of health and safety and HRMS policies.
• Carefully and regularly monitor key performance indicators at all levels.
• Conduct HSE and HRMS review meetings with directors and develop action plans for improvement of performance.
