Scope of work for Strategic Operations, Marketing 2022:

  • Strategic Research: Responsible for User and Market research to get user insights and business opportunities. Come up with initiatives and strategies to capture business opportunities
  • Marketing: Implement Marketing campaigns to realize the initiatives proposed and get more lessons learnt from execution
  • Business Development: Work with partners to set up payment systems and negotiate with sponsors for games.
