Advergic is a leading ad optimization and ad tech platform that helps web and app publishers increase their ad revenue by a minimum of 30%. Our technology provides an intelligent layer between publishers' platforms and major ad networks to maximize revenue and user experience.
Role Description
We're looking for a
Business Development Manager (Publisher Growth)
to own strategic supply-side outreach at Advergic. Unlike high-volume cold outreach, this role is about
precision targeting,
identifying the right publishers, building relationships, and onboarding them into our monetization ecosystem (HB + AdX + custom features).
What You'll Do
• Research and filter Tier-1 and mid-tier publishers (news, media, content companies, in-app) using tools like SimilarWeb, LinkedIn, our internal tools and industry reports.
• Build tailored outreach strategies (warm intros, LinkedIn touches, WhatsApp follow-ups, industry events).
• Conduct discovery conversations with publishers, diagnose pain points, like low RPMs, weak HB setups etc.
• Work closely with Ad Ops team to design onboarding plans.
• Manage the publisher pipeline in CRM, keeping status and next steps updated.
• Collaborate with founders to refine ICPs and prioritize markets (Pakistan, GCC, Tier-1).
• Build case-led credibility: share success stories and quick wins to convert prospects.
What We're Looking For

• Good understanding of
ad-tech, AdX, Prebid, GAM
(not deep ops, but fluent enough).
• A natural relationship builder - able to open doors, build trust, and guide publishers through change.
• Research-first mindset: can cherry-pick high-value publishers instead of sending mass emails.
• Comfort with tools: HubSpot (or any CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills: can explain technical monetization in simple words to publishers.
• Hustle + ownership: proactive in hunting opportunities, but also structured in follow-ups.
• Must be based in
Islamabad

on-site
at our office.

Industry-competitive salary package
aligned with your experience and expertise.
