  1. Lead the creation of the BIM Management Plan, including data exchange processes and configuration of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  2. Oversee the digital delivery and information management of project design models and data throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 principles for BIM model and asset data management.
  4. Liaise with clients, engineers, and other design team members.
  5. Facilitate seamless sharing of information with other discipline teams and ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial documentation.
  7. Develop and produce the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP), and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  8. Understand Level of Information Need (LOIN) and deliver asset information according to Uniclass 2015 Classification and UniFormat.
  9. Guide clients (Appointing parties) in creating Organisational Information Requirements (OIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR) documentation process.
  10. Foster excellent team relationships and maintain effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  11. Provide technical supervision to project-designated designers and mentor junior members of the team.
  12. Enforce design guidelines, standards, and procedures across projects to maintain quality and consistency.
  13. Ensure adherence to assigned project budgets and schedules, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, and communicate status to the Project Manager.
  14. Act as a technical interface with the IT support service for project delivery toolsets.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends, BIM software, and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency.
Experience & Qualification
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in BIM coordination and management.
  3. In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
  4. Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud (Autodesk BIM360), Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD) and other relevant tools.
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide the BIM team and collaborate with stakeholders.
