Qualification / Requirements:- BSN / General Nursing Diploma with Specialty and valid PNC.
- At least one year experience as Nurse Educator / Clinical Instructor in a tertiary care hospital.

ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible to:
- assess learning needs of the orientees/ trainees during courses and traineeship.
- develop and conduct orientation programmes, training courses, basic skills training, in service education and sessions for the development of Nursing employees
- plan, develop and organize programmes, courses, workshop to meet broad nursing needs and Institutional patient care objective
- evaluate the effectiveness of individual and groups learning
- ensure that educational programmes are congruent with the Organizational goals
- demonstrate sound theoretical and practical knowledge related to adult teaching learning process
You should have:
- a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
- at least two years of experience as Registered Nurse/equivalent, preferably with some clinical teaching experience
- valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
- certified BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/ Instructor)
- possess competencies to impart skills and knowledge to the audience
- in-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes
- excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
