- Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
- Market Research : Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Performance Metrics : Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach activities and meetings booked.
- Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about the company's offerings, the U.S. market, and emerging trends in the industry.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, ITor a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience in IT industry targeting the US/European market.
- Good expertise in prospecting,cold calling , setting appointments with potential clients,demand lead generation, lead generation , lead qualification and Business development.
- Strong abilities to understand themarket dynamics of outsourcing services, and client needs.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
