Job Title: IT Administrator & Support Specialist
Core Responsibilities:
As our IT Administrator & Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our company's technology operations. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Data & Cloud Storage Management:
Design, implement, and manage the folder structure for all company cloud storage (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive).
Manage user access and permissions for all shared storage to ensure data security.
Oversee and verify the data backup process to prevent data loss.
IT Troubleshooting & Support:
Act as the first point of contact for all internal IT support requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with employee hardware (PCs, printers) and software.
Manage and maintain the physical hardware and software for our production machinery.
Create and update easy-to-understand troubleshooting documents and "how-to" guides for our team.
Salary:
Indicative Monthly Salary: A competitive monthly salary will be offered within the range of 40,000 to 60,000 PKR, depending on your skills and experience.

Job Specification :Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an IT support, IT administration, or a similar role is required.
Experience working within an e-commerce or manufacturing/production environment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of operating systems Windows, computer hardware, and networking principles.
Expertise in managing cloud storage platforms like OneDrive and Google Drive, including setting up folder structures and user permissions.
Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures is a plus.
Soft Skills:
