Sourcing Manager will be accountable for sourcing the right product at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost by effectively leading cross-functional sourcing teams across domains, including Hardware, Software, Cost & Availability, and the Pricing Desk.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing
- Oversee Hardware Sourcing, Software Sourcing, Cost and Availability, and Pricing Desk operations, ensuring accurate and timely response by the teams via KPI SLA attainment.
- Ensure compliance with the company's sourcing policies by making sure business runs through preferred partners.
- Cost management using different sourcing strategies, including but not limited to deal-registration, rebate programs, promotions, and extended payment terms with distribution.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business goals and category-specific needs.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product Information Management, and Legal teams to align sourcing strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of sourcing specialists, pricing analysts, and program specialists across domestic and international locations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and distributors to secure favorable terms across price, availability, delivery timelines, return policies, and service levels.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, innovation, and responsiveness.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners to improve overall product offering and reduce costs to clients.
- Responsible for sending RFPs to the distribution channel for manufacturers and publishers to achieve company Volume Incentives, Rebates, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or MBA
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of global sourcing practices, pricing models
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and management skills.
- Data driven management using KPIs to drive internal and vendor process improvements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
