The position requires close collaboration with internal teams including Design, Planning, Merchandising, and Quality Assurance to support smooth collection launches while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and market competitiveness.

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or SCM

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims, and apparel sourcing processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong market research and cost analysis abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

4–5 years of proven experience in apparel and fabric sourcing
