The ideal candidate must be responsible for:
- Managing sales team, partnerships, and all sales channels
- Establishing and managing effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise, and train sales personnel
- Performing sales activities on major accounts, negotiating sales price & discounts
- Managing personnel and developing sales and sales support staff
- Reviewing progress of sales roles throughout the company
- Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
- Developing specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all the company’s products
- Providing quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
- Coordinating proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
- Formulating all sales policies, practices, and procedures

- Collaborating with Sales Leadership to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
