Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute & manage digital and social media campaigns.
Create compelling content (graphics, videos, blogs, reels, posts) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, etc.
Organize & manage online/offline events (webinars, exhibitions, product launches).
Optimize campaigns for ROI, leads & engagement.
Manage paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) with focus on lead generation.
Collaborate with sales, design & technical teams to maintain brand consistency.
Stay updated on digital trends & renewable energy industry insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of digital marketing experience (renewable energy/tech preferred).
Strong portfolio in content creation & event management.
️ Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, HubSpot/Mailchimp.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics & reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).

We are looking for a results-driven and tech-savvy Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team at Velets Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving online sales, improving website traffic, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, creating and managing paid media campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and implementing SEO strategies to enhance our website's visibility and ranking.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Create and Manage Paid Ad campaigns on multiple Social platforms including Snapchat, Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook Ads campaigns, leveraging insights from Facebook Pixel to enhance audience targeting and ROI.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, making data-driven recommendations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
- Work closely with the content and development teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and technical requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Facebook Pixel implementation, Snapchat Ads and Tiktok Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and backlink strategies.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of website ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative content creation (Videos/Picture shoots in the in-house studio) would be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok)
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
