We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English

The Role

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals, increases brand awareness, and drives engagement. Plan and maintain a detailed content calendar.
Content Creation: Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, compelling content for all our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.). This includes creating everything from static graphics and engaging copy to dynamic videos, Reels, and Stories.
On-Camera Presence: Act as the face and voice of Adryd online. You must be comfortable and engaging on camera for video content, live sessions, interviews, and representing the brand at events.
Community Engagement: Actively manage and nurture our online community. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and conversations around our brand.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on key metrics ($ROI$, engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) and provide actionable insights to refine and optimize our strategy.
Collaborations:* Identify, build relationships with, and collaborate with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators to expand our reach and credibility.
Trend-Spotting:Conduct ongoing research into industry trends, competitor activity, and our target audience to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and effective.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and on-camera work.
- Exceptional content creation skills across various formats (video production and editing, copywriting, basic graphic design).
Must be charismatic and confident on camera. You should be eager to step into the spotlight and represent our brand.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
