Qualifications:

Masters preferably MBA or 16 years of Education.

Responsibilities:

  1. Consult with and facilitate business areas to identify, define and document business needs, opportunities and objectives and develop strategies for achieving the desired vision and meeting best practices.
  2. Interact with relevant stakeholders and senior management team members.
  3. Supervise and conduct focus group sessions, carry out process mapping, research, coordinate, document, identify process issues and their root causes.
  4. Provide analytical and business support to project initiatives.
  5. Understand and interpret data collected and present the conclusions in charts, graphs or spreadsheets.
  6. Create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps using MS – Visio.
  7. Prepare and present timely updates on project plan, status, cycle and results.
Job Specification

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in analyzing data and presenting it in a meaningful way, and the ability to understand the sequence of workflows.
  2. Practical experience of process improvement/Business Process Re-engineering projects and Change Management.
  3. Excellent communication, research and report writing skills.
  4. Experience of using Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize workload.

Experience: Preferably three to five years of experience in a similar role implementing business improvement solutions in a higher education or healthcare environment.

Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent; in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Statistics or related Business Degree.

About the role

The RPS (Operational Excellence) Lead will support the implementation of the Reckitt Production System across the site, enabling continuous improvement and operational excellence in day-to-day manufacturing activities. Working closely with the RPS Manager and site teams, the RPS Lead will help embed R-PS tools, routines, and standards into daily operations to eliminate losses, improve efficiency, and build a culture of continuous improvement across all functions.

Your responsibilities

• Support the RPS Manager in deploying Reckitt Production System blueprints across the site.

• Conduct training sessions and hands-on coaching for front-line teams on R-PS tools

• Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops to reduce targeted losses and optimize work processes.

• Assist in tracking operational KPIs, identifying gaps, and suggesting actions to improve performance and cost efficiency.

• Lead small-scale productivity and waste reduction projects under the guidance of the RPS Manager.

• Maintain initiative trackers, status reports, and documentation for performance improvement projects.

• Support governance routines by preparing data, dashboards, and progress updates for site leadership reviews.

• Engage with teams to build ownership of continuous improvement as part of daily operations.

The experience we're looking for

• 2–4 years’ experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or lean operations.

• Familiarity with lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and OEE.

• Hands-on experience in leading at least 1–2 improvement projects.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
