About the Role
Position Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery, Exam Preparation, Exam Review, Technical Support, Mock Test and Skill Assessment.
- Plan and develop IT Training courses across all disciplines within the Trust (ITF, A+, MS bootcamp, Cisco, and Firewalls training).
- Deliver IT Training across the Trust in line with departmental schedule.
- Ensure personal knowledge is up-to-date and relevant.
- Provide exam preparation training/guidelines to all students.
- Conduct mock tests.
- Research and resolve M365 Training & Support issues.
- Conduct lab support sessions and resolve student issues regarding the Labs.
- Assist students for exam booking and other certifications.
- Help with training for new employees.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer, CISCO, etc.) are a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, IT Specialist, or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
