Role Overview

We're looking for a
Data Scientist (1–3 years experience)
who's passionate about turning data into actionable insights and scalable ML models. You'll work on real-world AI projects — from predictive modeling and NLP to LLM-based solutions — alongside an experienced global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop and evaluate ML models using Python and libraries like
    scikit-learn
    ,
    XGBoost
    ,
    LightGBM
    , or
    TensorFlow/Keras
    .
  • Perform EDA, feature engineering, and data visualization to uncover insights.
  • Deploy models to production via
    APIs
    or MLOps frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to define data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate findings through clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science or related field
  • 1–3 years
    of experience in
    Data Science / Machine Learning
    .
  • Strong in
    Python
    ,
    pandas
    ,
    NumPy
    , and
    SQL
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    ML algorithms
    , model evaluation, and data preprocessing.
  • Experience with
    data visualization
    (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Familiarity with
    Git
    ,
    APIs
    , and basic model deployment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to
    NLP / GenAI / LLM
    projects or tools like
    LangChain
    ,
    OpenAI API
    , or
    Hugging Face
    is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and
    MLOps tools
    (MLflow, Airflow).
  • Prior experience with client-facing projects or consulting.
