Supports project teams with regard to process planning and execution, quality assurance, and configuration management.
Job SpecificationResponsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of project process documentation.
- Contribute to the software development process by helping, training, and supporting employees to do their job in accordance with the defined processes.
- Support multiple projects concurrently.
- Develop, document, implement, and sustain processes.
- Improve yield, efficiency, and capacity of processes in accordance with strategic objectives.
- Assist Process Manager to specify, evaluate, recommend, and conduct acceptance tests on processes.
- Research, identify, recommend, receive approval, and implement tools that help implement processes.
- Install, configure, and maintain tools related to processes.
- Audit the effective use of the process throughout the organization.
- Report the advantages, disadvantages, complaints, and improvements in the processes to the process team.
- Analysis and design of processes.
- Initiate and participate in technical discussions and technical reviews.
- Maintain the organizational portal relating to the standards and processes.
- Research on next step quality management system & take initiative to implement it such as ISO, CMMI, and Six Sigma.
- Help Project Manager in making decisions related to different areas of the software development process on request.
- Help Project Manager to improve the quality of deliverables.
Specification:
- Six Sigma, ISO experience strongly preferred.
- Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming Concepts.
- Database Programming Concepts.
- Analytical Skills with good level of communication and presentation skills.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience on the above-mentioned skills.
- BCS/BS in Computer Sciences, B.E in Computer Engineering, MCS/MS in Computer Sciences will be preferred.
