Job Description
- Act as security duty manager and coordinate all security and LP related matter with METRO Distribution Centre (MDC) teams:
- Ensure Asset protection, parameter security, and guards deployment at respective MDC.
- Reporting all security& safety Incidents with root cause analyses and corrective actions to ops/security management at respective MDC as well HO.
- Ensure Implementation of ops and security sops with true letter & spirit and report
- Non-compliances to Area manager, RM Security and Sr. Manager security with recommendations
- Ensure OHS policy is being followed with letter and Spirit at MDC.
- Responsible for ensuring MDC protection against, Vandalism, wilful damage to corporate property
- Ensure presence in fuel/goods receiving.
- Check all bulk sales to ensure quantity, quality and compatibility with the invoice after
- checking out cleared the sale.
- Carry out inventory surveillance and surprise checks using GMS and PDT
- Check, enforce and implement internal consumption at the MDC
- Ensure gate pass Sop is implemented and signature specimen are in place.
- Cross verification of stock correction report Code wise and coordinate with DM security & ALC
- Perimeter protections and risk assessment of MDC (internal/external) and share report and recommendation with respective store/warehouse management.
- Conduct necessary trainings of security staff on post orders and MDC team about stock handling & DS team for Cash Handling.
