The Mission
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of data protection, cybersecurity, and NHS compliance across Frontline Insourcing and Aetheria Group operations , ensuring robust information governance across the UK and Pakistan.
You will:
- Lead on DPIAs, SARs, RoPA, breach response, and policy design .
- Ensure secure cross-border handling of NHS and UK patient data.
- Own Cyber Essentials and ISO/IEC 27001 documentation & audits.
- Support NHS DSP Toolkit (DSPT) submissions.
- Train teams on GDPR, DSPT, and cyber hygiene.
- Liaise with UK board members and NHS partners on compliance delivery.
You might be a compliance consultant, NHS data officer, or cybersecurity lead, but you’re ready to step up into an internationally-facing, board-trusted role .
We’re looking for someone with:
3–7 years’ experience in data protection, compliance, or IT security
Practical experience with UK GDPR (DPIAs, SARs, RoPA)
Awareness of Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001
Strong written/spoken English (UK business level)
Cross-team collaboration skills, with confidence working with UK directors
Ability to work Islamabad-based, UK time zone aligned
Preferred:
- NHS or healthcare data exposure
- CIPP/E, ISO 27001 Auditor/Implementer, or NHS DSPT certification
- Direct mentorship from a senior UK Data Protection Officer
- International exposure with UK government & NHS frameworks
