Facilitate the teachers and Principal in papermaking and timely submission of papers. Take rounds of the school to ensure the organized working of the teachers and students. Teach the students, especially in teachers' absence. Ensure timely preparation of results with teachers and assist the Principal in Result Finalization. Help and train the teachers in consultation with the Principal and Majlis. Assist the staff and Principal in organizing PTM in a befitting manner. Meet the parents as per the given timings to facilitate and solve their academic issues. Headhunt new and suitable teachers in coordination with the Principal and Majlis.
