Assist the Principal in preparing and adjusting the timetable. Study the syllabus and plan of all the subjects. Facilitate the teachers in planning and implementation of subject-wise planning. Guide and assist the teachers regarding syllabus coverage and prepare weekly syllabus coverage proforma. Check teachers' Daily Diary to ensure implementation of planning. Review the book, material, or any content sent by Majlis with teachers and provide timely feedback. Re-check the teachers' checked work daily and at least 8-10 diaries daily to ensure the quantity and quality of checking. Also, re-check a complete pile of any subject for at least one section every Saturday and provide re-checking proforma to the Principal to issue to the teachers. Observe any teacher’s classroom teaching for a whole unit daily. Guide and suggest ways to the teachers for improving teaching styles and methodology. Facilitate the teachers and Principal in papermaking and timely submission of papers. Take rounds of the school to ensure the organized working of the teachers and students. Teach the students, especially in teachers' absence. Ensure timely preparation of results with teachers and assist the Principal in Result Finalization. Help and train the teachers in consultation with the Principal and Majlis. Assist the staff and Principal in organizing PTM in a befitting manner. Meet the parents as per the given timings to facilitate and solve their academic issues. Headhunt new and suitable teachers in coordination with the Principal and Majlis. Encourage and motivate the staff and students to bring better results. Perform all incidental/indirect duties as required.
