Familiar with the needs of Portfolio Managers and Middle Office functions, you understand derivative products and the business trade flow, including market value/PnL decomposition and risk reporting. A good grasp of modern software engineering technologies, client and server side, in an Internet context is important as well to take your career to the next level in this challenging position. Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters or Markit is a plus. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST.

The PIM Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and editing product information data in various ERP systems used in our Zones HQ and other Global geo team locations, insuring data integrity to support key business operations such as quotes, POs, invoicing, and SKU based reporting. This entails working directly in the ERP system or formatting the information so that is can be transferred to the Global geo teams’ ERP system.

The resource will be accountable for the daily data management and governance of hardware, software, and services throughout the product lifecycle. The goal is to support sales growth and customer satisfaction by providing complete and accurate product information promptly and employing SKU management best practices.

What You’ll Do As The PIM Specialist

Employees employed in the role of PIM Specialist shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

• Computer Skills: Candidate must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency and excel in a dynamic, fast paced growth environment.
