SAP FICO Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the

SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)

module, ensuring seamless integration and optimizing financial and controlling processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support

SAP FICO

solutions for clients, focusing on financial accounting, cost tracking, and reporting.

Analyze business requirements and map them to

SAP FICO

functionalities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate

SAP FICO

with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS).

Conduct workshops, provide end-user training, and create system documentation.

Assist with data migration, testing, and system validation during implementations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

SAP FICO

functionality.

Provide post-implementation support and enhancement of

SAP FICO

processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

4+ years of experience in

SAP FICO

implementation, support, or configuration.

Strong understanding of

SAP FICO

processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.

Experience with

SAP FICO

integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS.

Ability to gather business requirements, configure solutions, and perform testing.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

SAP

FICO

certification is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum Qualifications: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios and test scripts for QA testing (manual and automated testing).
• Provide estimates of work efforts for a work request to QA Lead/Manager.
• Provide status reports of current workload to QA Lead/Manager.
• Serve as an active participant of a development team that maps a plan to future product phases.
• Proactively assist in the definition of Quality Assurance guidelines for the software development process.

• Document, report and track defects found during testing, launch and product usage.
• Review defects in production for testing enhancements.
• Administer and/or assist in user training.
• Assist in implementation of QA standards and continual improvement activities.

Job Specification

• Experience with a high level computer language (Java & D3/Pick preferred) in the creation or maintenance of test applications, test harnesses, and/or test frameworks (class or work projects) or experience running off-the-shelf test applications and automation suites (JUnit).
• In depth knowledge of MS-SQL and ability to understand and modify existing SQL test cases or creation of new SQL to meet test requirements.
• Familiarity with Win Runner, Load Runner, Test Director and QuickTest Pro is strongly preferred.

SAP Certification in Financial Accounting (FI) & Management Accounting (CO). SAP Certification in SAC Planning. Minimum of 5+ plus years of relevant experience in SAP with consulting and or system integrators Should have minimum 3+ end to end project Implementations in SAP BPC Consolidation & Group Reporting, BPC, SAP FICO / Fund Management / FSCM-Treasury, SAP SAC Planning on the latest SAP S4 HANA versions in ERP enabled finance transformation projects. Hands-on experience in SAP BPC Consolidation and Group Reporting, Drill down reporting, Filter report, Template creation, Foreign Currency Translation, Inter-Company elimination, BPC journals, creating custom button, conditional formatting, custom suppression, should be well versed with SAP BPC (7.X, 10.X & 11.X), SAP BPC NW/MS, SAP EPM and Analytics. Hands-on experience in SAP FSCM-Treasury including AR/AR/Cash & Liquidity/Bank. Sound knowledge on BI/BW. Integration knowledge with SAP BW-IP, BW-BPS, FI-CO-MM-SD-HR. Integration knowledge with FI-CO-MM-SD-HCM, Interface knowledge, FIORI apps. Excellent documentation skills, preference will be given with Big 4 experience. Established track record of business development, practice management and team development. Strong working experience in SAP ASAP, Activate Methodologies. Strong technical skills and recognized cautious risk management ability. Deep understanding of the client's industry and marketplace. Flexibility and willingness to travel at short notice, as necessary.
