We are looking for an experienced

SAP FICO Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the

SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)

module, ensuring seamless integration and optimizing financial and controlling processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support

SAP FICO

solutions for clients, focusing on financial accounting, cost tracking, and reporting.

Analyze business requirements and map them to

SAP FICO

functionalities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate

SAP FICO

with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS).

Conduct workshops, provide end-user training, and create system documentation.

Assist with data migration, testing, and system validation during implementations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

SAP FICO

functionality.

Provide post-implementation support and enhancement of

SAP FICO

processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

4+ years of experience in

SAP FICO

implementation, support, or configuration.

Strong understanding of

SAP FICO

processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.

Experience with

SAP FICO

integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS.

Ability to gather business requirements, configure solutions, and perform testing.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

SAP

FICO

certification is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

As an Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Lead SAP Implementation as SAP BPC Consolidation & Group Reporting, BPC specialist.
• Lead SAP Implementation as SAP PAPM / FICO specialist.
• Lead SAP Implementation as SAP SAC Planning / BI / BW specialist.
• Configure and customize SAP modules to meet specific business process requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirement document, business blueprints, Solution design documents, functional specifications, test scripts and training materials.
• Experience in training content tool like: Enable now.
• Experience in all testing cycle (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT).
• Having sound knowledge on Testing tool like: HP ALM, SOLMAN
• Hands-on experience on Data Migration/cutover data upload (BDC, LTMC, Migration Cockpit)

• Should have minimum 3+ end to end project Implementations in SAP BPC Consolidation & Group Reporting, BPC, SAP FICO / Fund Management / FSCM-Treasury, SAP SAC Planning on the latest SAP S4 HANA versions in ERP enabled finance transformation pro jects.
• Hands-on experience in SAP BPC Consolidation and Group Reporting, Drill down reporting, Filter report, Template creation, Foreign Currency Translation, Inter-Company elimination, BPC journals, creating custom button, conditional formatting, custom suppression, should be well versed with SAP BPC (7.X, 10.X & 11.X), SAP BPC NW/MS, SAP EPM and Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FSCM-Treasury including AR/AR/Cash & Liquidity/Bank.
• Sound knowledge on BI/BW.
• Integration knowledge with SAP BW-IP, BW-BPS, FI-CO-MM-SD-HR.
• Integration knowledge with FI-CO-MM-SD-HCM, Interface knowledge, FIORI apps.
• Excellent documentation skills, preference will be given with Big 4 experience.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Finance Data Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial master data within the SAP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update finance-related master data in SAP (GL accounts, cost centers, internal orders, vendors, customers, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, IT, Supply Chain or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience working with SAP
• Strong understanding of financial master data and its impact on business processes
• Understanding Data Management principles, frameworks, best practices, Manufacturing Ops and a holistic view of Supply Chain processes.
• Familiarity with SAP data governance and controls
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Finance Data Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial master data within the SAP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and policies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update finance-related master data in SAP (GL accounts, cost centers, internal orders, vendors, customers, etc.) Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in the SAP Finance module.
