We’re Hiring – Junior Salesforce Developer

Sintov is looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer with 1–1.5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in Salesforce customization, configuration, and development
-Support in building and maintaining workflows, reports, and dashboards
-Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing system modifications, enhancements, production support, and the Salesforce Service Cloud maintenance. A seasoned Salesforce Developer will have strong knowledge and experience with full-stack development and coding algorithms. Additional responsibilities for this role will include successfully restructuring the Salesforce platform to support the department's vision and direction.

1. Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies to align with business requirements and drive process efficiency.
2. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using object-oriented programming languages (C# or Java) to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
3. Utilize cloud technologies, with a preference for Azure, to architect and deploy applications that are highly available and scalable.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate functional requirements into technical designs.
5. Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to elevate the overall technical competence of the team.
6. Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
7. Conduct thorough troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly, maintaining system stability and reliability.
8. Participate in the entire application life cycle from design to development, testing, deployment, and integration with other applications, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
9. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes, as needed, to the Salesforce.com platform.
10. Create and update technical documentation for solution design, architecture, and specifications.
11. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs to streamline processes and enhance data flow.
12. Design and implement efficient relational database schemas, including stored procedures and query optimizations, to ensure data integrity and performance.
13. Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and extensibility of software systems.
14. Participate in project team meetings and collaborate with consultants and peers, including system/business analysts, project managers, and end-users.
15. Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need.
16. Other essential duties as assigned.

Requirements And Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend development using object-oriented programming languages such as C# or Java.
2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and deployment mechanisms.
4. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
5. Proven expertise in relational database design, schema design, stored procedures, and query optimizations.
6. In-depth understanding of software design patterns and their application in building maintainable and scalable solutions.
7. Strong commitment to following coding best practices, code reviews, and maintaining code quality.

Information Technology and Services - Fort Lauderdale, United States

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and Administration, is preferred.
• Experience in overall Salesforce data architecture, design, and customization.
• Salesforce Platform Developer and Administrator certification, is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, a plus.
• Knowledge of Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, is preferred.
• Ambition to learn and grow your skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies for implementation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to difficult problems.
• Ability to communicate in person as well as over the internet (email, chat, voice).

The Senior Salesforce Developer plays a critical role in the Saltbox delivery model, working closely with the project team and client stakeholders in the design, implementation and launch of a solution that meets or exceeds client expectations. Successful individuals will be able to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment, have strong time management, communication and critical thinking skills in combination with a deep salesforce platform expertise to drive the success of their projects from beginning to end.

Develop APEX classes, triggers, unit tests, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to support application build.

Design and implement data structure, flows, processes, and declarative set-up.

Prepare for and manage deployments using Repositories, CI/CD, Changesets, Ant scripts, and IDE-based deployment tools.

Assist in solutioning, estimating, and shaping technical solutions.

Contribute to internal code-base and standards.

5+ years development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Experience in programming fundamentals including, object-oriented programming, relational database design, web services, technical writing, and documentation.

Experience writing Apex controllers, unit tests, and triggers.

Experience working with Apex REST/SOAP API integrations

At least 2 Salesforce certifications, to include: App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, B2B Commerce, or Marketing Cloud.

Experience in developing / collaborating within an agile framework

Fluent in English (written and verbal)
