Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve the bank's growth objectives by agreeing on micro-level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per the bank's SOP.
Achieve sales targets/objectives in assigned areas with integrity and adherence to SOPs.
Ensure genuine sales by avoiding family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.
Make the business profitable through loans sales and increasing customer base following SOPs.
Market company products and develop strategies accordingly.
Possess persuasion and negotiation skills.
Identify business opportunities by prospecting and industry evaluation.
Evaluate customer profiles using the five C’s of credit.
Communicate terms and conditions of products offered to customers.
Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure performance.
Proactively collect and ensure timely loan repayments, maintaining 100% collection rates following SOPs.
Handle customer legal documents carefully to prevent misuse.
Guide customers to deposit loan repayments at the cash counter only.
Avoid cash handling unless strictly necessary, following collection manual procedures if required.
Prepare weekly field activity plans and discuss deviations with LM.
Hold regular monthly/quarterly customer meetings as per product programs.
Conduct loan bookings in compliance with bank policies, ethics, and standards.
Continuously update product and service knowledge and seek improvements based on feedback.
Perform market assessments to identify new selling opportunities and review existing markets with line manager.
Meet service standards and ensure no customer complaints by following fair treatment policies.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Report any fraud or potential losses to line Manager/HOD.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations to protect the bank’s reputation and prevent losses.
