- Enlisting & Engage Customers for the Sales Events.
- Coordinate to organize events with Vendor
- Invitation letter to customer & vendor
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the sales team.
- Identify potential client pain points & assist in resolving them with the help to AMs.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in sales meetings and follow-up activities.
- Lead Generation on Partner’s Portal
- Support the Sales team in resolving operational issues and addressing customer inquiries
- Manage and update lead databases effectively.
- Payment follow-up

We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Manager – Sales Operations to support our Sales Team based in KSA. This role will be stationed in Pakistan but will play a critical role in enabling real estate sales to potential buyers of Pakistani origin residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position is responsible for inventory management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and cross-border transaction tracking, ensuring seamless operational execution and sales enablement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Inventory Management & CRM Maintenance
- Maintain and update real-time inventory within the CRM system, including unit availability, pricing, and buyer payment terms.
- Ensure accurate and updated information is accessible to the Sales Team in KSA.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers to secure approvals for customized discounts or payment plans as requested by prospective buyers.
Cross-Border Payment Oversight
- Manage and monitor all payment processes from KSA to Pakistan in accordance with approved SOPs.
- Ensure clear visibility of payment procedures to KSA Sales Representatives.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts teams to confirm receipts and maintain records of all transactions.
- Act as the Pakistan-based representative of the KSA Sales Team.
- Conduct site visits, support client walkthroughs, and address buyer queries directly or via their appointed representatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding documentation and project updates.
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, finance, etc.) and the KSA Sales Team to ensure smooth execution of SOPs.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks impeding operational flow or stakeholder coordination.
- Communicate clear instructions and task ownership to all concerned parties.
Policy & Project Knowledge Management
- Remain up to date on all policy updates, project collateral, pricing changes, payment plan revisions, and new feature launches.
- Ensure such updates are disseminated promptly and accurately to the relevant teams and individuals in KSA.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, cloud-based collaboration tools, and payment tracking software.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English and Urdu; capable of managing formal correspondence via email and WhatsApp.
- Operational Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in managing cross-functional workflows and SOP compliance.
