Key Responsibilities:
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets for the sales team.
Train Sales Executives on tourism products including Umrah, Tours, Flights, and Visa services.
Oversee and monitor the operations of experience centers to ensure efficient customer service and accurate reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate new sales are uploaded by the team on new sale form
Conduct monthly visits to all in-city and outstation experience centers for performance evaluation and support.
Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at increasing market share and improving service delivery.
Provide real-time solutions to operational challenges and team issues.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and support for improvement.
Foster a strong and collaborative team culture to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry, covering both domestic and international markets.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to make swift and sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
