- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding all the equipment/products being sold under the Company’s umbrella.
- Give introductory presentations to customers regarding the equipment, as well as provide demos to give hands-on experience as required.
- Continuously follow up with customers and in-house departments from raising sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders to invoicing from both clients and vendors.
- Provide after-sales technical and training support to customers as required.
- Properly file all documents related to different clients and products from sales to project completion.
