Job Description
Supervising all sales related female staff at different key stores for sales & promotional activities of FMCG products, i.e., liquid cloth wash, dish wash, etc. Managing all accounts of key stores regarding daily sales, including recording and making reports through telephone sales calls or face-to-face interactions.
Supervise & ensure all sales and promotional activities of female sales staff at key account stores. Daily check in-out of female sales staff regarding time, assigning day-to-day responsibilities, and giving & taking feedback.
Ensure operation and practice of sales and promotional activities are conducted properly and on time. Develop and manage direct marketing/promotional programs aimed at hotels, hospitals, restaurants, universities, companies, and individual customers to promote our product/brand.
Increase and develop overall business of the company through utilizing channels like sales, branding, and marketing strategies of promotional activities. Ensure to achieve weekly prospecting goals consistently.
Conduct regular sales training for the female sales team to keep all staff updated with the latest selling & direct marketing techniques. Support, facilitate, and develop the female sales team to achieve their daily, monthly, and annual goals.
Perform periodic performance reviews for every female sales staff and provide constructive feedback. Make weekly, monthly, annual, and biannual analyses/assessments of results, effects of key accounts activities & promotional activities by pinpointing results, effects, comparisons with competitors, benefits, achievements, and shortcomings for reporting/presentations to the CEO/Management. Suggest business strategies to enhance business further.
Perform market intelligence from time to time and make presentations to the management showing results, market share, and customer loyalty comparisons between Wash Well and its competitors. Keep the CEO, GM, and concerned managers promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to the team's attention so immediate corrective measures can be taken where appropriate.
Contact customers via phone/on-premises to promote goodwill and foster additional business. Follow up on the progress of booked business and key account performance. Maintain assigned files in accordance with guidelines outlined in account coverage programs.
Job SpecificationHave strong knowledge for development of sales & marketing (especially in promotional activities). Be an expert in running computers, i.e., MS Office, Sales/Accounts software. Possess leadership qualities and basics of accounting/finance. Ability to run a team of 40 to 60 employees (females, usually sales girls). Excellent communication skills and a presentable personality.
