Position Overview
In the role of Executive B2B Sales Agent / Lead Generation Specialist, you will
be working as a financial broker, connecting small and medium-sized businesses in
the United States and Canada with tailored funding solutions. Your primary
responsibility will be to execute outbound cold calls, introduce clients to our financial
services, and qualify leads for our senior funding consultants. This role requires
confidence, persistence, and a strong command of spoken English. It is ideally
suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven B2B sales
Key Responsibilities
● Act as a financial broker between clients and funding specialists by
identifying financing needs and presenting suitable solutions
● Make outbound cold calls to prospective and existing business clients across
the United States and Canada
● Professionally promote and explain company financial products and services
● Assess client qualifications based on business profile and funding
requirements
● Schedule follow-up calls and appointments with senior funding consultants
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
● Consistently meet or exceed assigned B2B sales targets and KPIs
● Ensure strict adherence to compliance regulations, ethical standards, and
high-quality client interactions
Requirements
● Excellent spoken English with a clear or neutral accent
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to meet sales goals
● Prior experience in cold calling, B2B sales, or call center operations (preferred
but not mandatory)
● Willingness to work from 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT
● On-site presence required at our Lahore office (remote work is not available)
● Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM systems is an advantage
