Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., Certified Safety Professional) is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of proven experience in implementing and managing health and safety management systems, preferably within an ISO 45001 framework.
• Thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with workplace ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and safety training.

This position is responsible for implementing factory Environment, Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) policy by assessing HSE risks and providing technical solutions. Along with the effective implementation of the HSE policy, this position requires nurturing a culture where everyone identifies HSE as their direct responsibility; thereby complying with all CCI and TCC HSE standards, obligations, rules, and regulations.

Follow the organization's HSE policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the wellbeing of oneself and others in the workplace. Identify patterns of risky behavior within the team and take appropriate action to resolve these, escalating serious issues as appropriate.

University / Undergraduate (Bachelor's Degree)
