IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Manage company's business in your assigned territory through effective channel handling.
• You will be responsible to maintain the float and all the products available in the market as per the practice and policy.
• You will handle the teams of franchise for the availability of all the SKUs in retail market.
• You will be responsible to achieve assigned targets of development and recharge.
• You will also be responsible for the ongoing activities of competition and inform his line within specified time period.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure availability and replenishment of Ufone offering products like cards, load, MFS, sims etc.
• Development (direct/indirect) of existing areas/ markets and exploration of new potential markets.
• Ensuring data accuracy of retail universe in RMS or any other available system as per practice.
• Carry out visibility audit of merchandising.
• Franchise Management that includes team development, regular follow ups, target achievement and policy adherence by retail market.

We are looking for experienced candidates in the field of FMCG sales, specifically in food business retail sales. The ideal candidate should be a Business Graduate with 3-4 years of proven sales experience in the food retail business as a Branch Manager or equivalent.

The job roles include but are not limited to:

1. Increasing customer footfall through good customer service practices resulting in sales growth.
2. Staff retention and on-the-job training.
3. Implementing FIFO to minimize wastage and ensure fresh product delivery to customers.
4. Maintaining store cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance.
5. Implementing leave rosters.
6. Ordering shop stock against product trends.
7. Implementing organizational standard operating procedures.
8. Overall responsibility for shop operations.
9. Acting as shop cash custodian.
10. Performing any other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.

Computer literacy is a must (MS Word, MS Excel).

The Senior Officer Retail Sales is responsible for achieving sales targets, engaging with customers, and executing necessary processes to complete sales transactions.

1. Engage with customers to meet sales targets.
2. Follow up on client deliveries, payments, and receivables.
3. Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
4. Gather customer feedback on our services and products.
5. Stay updated on stock status.
6. Follow up on delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
7. Manage display items, including placement, price tagging, and maintaining cleanliness of the floor.
8. Track customer orders through the system and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
9. Handle customer complaints, forward them to the complaints section, and follow up to resolve issues related to goods and shortages.
10. Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

We manage distribution and sales for our various clients that offer FMCG products, such as diapers and shaving razors. You will be responsible for coordinating product packaging design (for new products) in collaboration with local design and printing contractors, and maintaining distributor and retail relationships for products that are already launched. This position offers both basic salary and commissions.

Good in MS Office - particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Pleasant personality. Self-driven and motivated. Fresh graduates for paid internships are welcome, but you must have a clear understanding of the work involved. Experienced candidates will be offered a permanent position without going through any trainee program.
