It is a Manager level position. The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Human Excellence Department. He/She will be responsible for handling the process of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding employees to the organization. He/She will head up employment marketing initiatives, internal referral programs, and develop employee retention programs.

Job Specification

The prospect must be able to:

  1. Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
  2. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  3. Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
  4. Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  5. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  6. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  7. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  8. Develop college recruiting programs.
  9. Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
  10. Communicate through emails and reports to reflect the results. Excellent report writing skills required.
  11. Work at night/Flexible hours in the daytime.
