We are looking for both fresh and experienced Real Estate Sales Officers to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to prospective clients. We are looking for 5 male and 5 female candidates. Experience in high net worth high rise projects will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
-Promote and market real estate properties to potential clients.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry.
-Conduct property viewings with potential clients and provide them with all the necessary information.
-Negotiate and close deals with clients.
-Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

Requirements for Freshers:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
-Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
-The candidates must have their own conveyance.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
-Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office.
Requirements for Experienced Candidates:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
-Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Officer, Real Estate Agent or similar role.
-The candidates must have their own conveyance.
