Job Identification

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to be part of our Supply Chain team in Lahore.

What We Expect

• Ensure the product and package quality remains at the required quality by the organization. Custodian of Quality related records.
• Manage the daily quality reports from the quality control staff and take corrective measure if required. Carry out tests specified in daily quality plans and work plans within the assigned department
• Update the corrective actions plan which has been developed after conducting quality audit.
• Ensure date code policy implemented. Retention samples are well kept and records available
• Ensure the effective Implementation of quality & food safety established systems during production
• Ensure compliance of all safety and environment as per established procedures and specifications
• In case of nonconformities, inform the authorities, stop production if needed, take required corrective-preventive actions and keep record
• Monitor syrup, sugar and concentrate efficiencies daily and during production
• Supervision & Management of Syrup Room and Water Treatment Operations
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation as per company standards
• To ensure that container inspection procedures are implemented as per company requirements.
• To ensure empty receiving from markets as per company requirements
• Check that the calibrated devices in intermix device are working, engage and control cooling system, adjust and operate level control device.
• To monitor and control post mix related activities.

As a QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of software testing, guiding the team through both manual and automation testing practices. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that every product release meets the highest quality standards.

This is an onsite position with evening/night shift hours, suitable for professionals accustomed to international client timelines.


Key Responsibilities:



Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, managing day-to-day QA operations and task assignments.


Develop and implement QA strategies, plans, and processes for manual and automated testing.


Coordinate with development teams to ensure proper understanding of project requirements.


Create, review, and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts.


Execute test cases and track bugs using test management tools.


Ensure product quality through performance testing, regression testing, and integration testing.


Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and product demos.


Maintain QA documentation and ensure alignment with best practices and standards.


Provide timely feedback and detailed QA reports to the development and project teams.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



Strong leadership and team management skills in a QA environment.


Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing tools and techniques.


Familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.


Proficient in writing and maintaining test scripts and cases.


Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.


Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.

Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.

Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.

Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
