• BS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar relevant field
• 3-8 years of working experience in Automation testing
• Experience in Automation Testing tools (like Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, JAVA etc.), data structures, and algorithm design
• Proficient in frameworks for automation like Junit, TestNG, Xunit, CodedUI, SpecFlow, Pyunit, or custom in-house built frameworks
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Expert knowledge of design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing
• Strong understanding in SQL and should have experience in writing SQL queries
• Strong Experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and cloud technologies including Docker and Kubernetes

Minimum Qualifications: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.

• Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios and test scripts for QA testing (manual and automated testing).
• Provide estimates of work efforts for a work request to QA Lead/Manager.
• Provide status reports of current workload to QA Lead/Manager.
• Serve as an active participant of a development team that maps a plan to future product phases.
• Proactively assist in the definition of Quality Assurance guidelines for the software development process.
• Evaluate product requirements and functional specifications in order to develop effective test cases and scenarios.
• Liaise with Quality Assurance Lead and Project Manager in the scheduling of pre-development quality assurance and post development test execution as needed.
• Provide premier Quality Assurance testing of assigned software products.
• Conduct System testing of enhancements and fixes.
• Review requirements and technical design docs for test case, scenarios and test script development.
• Document, report and track defects found during testing, launch and product usage.
• Review defects in production for testing enhancements.
• Administer and/or assist in user training.
• Assist in implementation of QA standards and continual improvement activities.

• Experience with a high level computer language (Java & D3/Pick preferred) in the creation or maintenance of test applications, test harnesses, and/or test frameworks (class or work projects) or experience running off-the-shelf test applications and automation suites (JUnit).
• In depth knowledge of MS-SQL and ability to understand and modify existing SQL test cases or creation of new SQL to meet test requirements.
• Familiarity with Win Runner, Load Runner, Test Director and QuickTest Pro is strongly preferred.

Role

10Pearls is seeking a skilled QE Test Automation Engineer with expertise in WiFi and Switching technologies, including L2/L3 networking protocols. In this role, you will design and implement robust test automation frameworks, validate complex networking features, and ensure product reliability and performance. You’ll collaborate with developers and network engineers, debug issues using tools like Wireshark, and contribute to delivering secure, high-quality networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and coordinate business and QA aspects of software development activities, utilizing AI tools for enhanced requirement analysis and QA of applications.

• Lead test strategy development, ensuring it aligns with the client's business objectives and incorporates AI.

• Research new tools and technologies including AI-based tools, and evaluate their usefulness for the team/company.

• Solid knowledge of Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, WiFi protocols (802.11 standards).

• Experience testing L2/L3 protocols (STP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6, etc.).

• Familiarity with Switching technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or similar).

• Hands-on with WiFi Access Points / Controllers and tools like IxChariot, Wireshark, iPerf.

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments for automation and debugging.

• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes a plus).
