IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for overseeing administrative operations, ensuring commercial utilization of buildings to generate revenue, optimizing energy conservation and space management, and delivering a consistent workplace experience. It includes execution of approved Admin CAPEX and repair & maintenance projects within budget, effective handling of R&M complaints, and implementation of HSE guidelines to minimize workplace hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and execute project works to ensure timely completion within defined deadlines and capitalize project works in line with CAPEX fund allocation.
Manage end-to-end property tax processes including challan collection, approvals, fund arrangements, and payments.
Oversee timely collection and processing of utility bills to prevent surcharges or service disconnections.
Identify and report vacant or underutilized sites with detailed area and dimensions and drive the commercialization of PTCL properties to maximize revenue potential.
Execute repair and maintenance works, resolving end-user and portal complaints within allocated OPEX budget allocations.

Qualification:

Min. DAE Civil (4-years) required with preferable 5-7 years of experience.
