Responsibilities:
- Planning and Scheduling of Project Plans.
- Monitoring and updating the project’s progress.
- Raising flags in case of deviation from the project schedule.
- Prepare and get approval for recovery /catchup plans.
- Preparation of Project performance dashboards.
- Generating periodic brief and detailed progress reports.
- Attend meetings and circulate minutes of meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise the daily tasks of the document controller.
- Maintaining coherence between various site staff for the smooth progression of the project.
