Job Description
Company looking for Project Management Team. Required to implement planning and project administration.
We will consider candidates who are new graduates and those who have experience in the government and public sector.
The contract will last 4 years with a clause for extension depending on performance.
All activities will be done inside Pakistan only. Local travel arrangements will be provided. NO external travel is required.
We need candidates for the role based on merit and qualification. A degree from a recognised university is a CRITICAL requirement. All qualifications will be verified. MUST submit a recent photograph for online identity verification.
Retired Military and Police officers/specialists can apply.
The candidate will be required to coordinate activities with the EAST Administration Team, government agencies, private contractors, community leaders and the community in general.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English and knowledge of several local languages will be useful.
A quarterly evaluation will be carried out. Incentives will be given for work-related initiatives every six months.
The interview process will take 2 months. All finalised candidates MUST sign a confidentiality agreement and be vaccinated against Covid-19 with the approved vaccines in the country.
The final pay scale will be determined based on resume submission, interviews, aptitude/task evaluation and series of interviews. Starting pay of 80,000 Pakistan Rupees is the indicative start pay. The final salary scale will depend on the role assigned and the performance of the candidate in the interviews and evaluation.
The career begins in JAN - MAR 2022 depending on the COVID-19 situation in Pakistan and in the region as a whole.
Shortlisted and finalised candidates will be informed by the end of NOV 2021 via email.
