As a Project Supervisor , you'll be the key bridge between our technical team and stakeholders. You’ll track the progress of development tasks, ensure timelines are met, and foster a culture of clear communication and accountability.

What You'll Be Doing:

Monitor and supervise the day-to-day progress of web and software development projects

Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients

Schedule and lead daily standups, progress meetings, and status updates

Track timelines, deliverables, and identify potential blockers

Ensure client feedback is gathered, shared, and implemented effectively

Coordinate with QA to ensure timely testing and deployment

Report project health and KPIs to senior management

Assist in setting timelines, milestones, and sprint goals

Ensure clarity in task assignments and deliverable expectations

Support the team in identifying roadblocks and proposing solutions
