Support personnel in administrative issues and arrangements.
Assist personnel with local authorities and arrangements, like purchasing IT-tools, mobile phones and tools.
Make preparations for meetings.
Purchase site office material.
Help Site Manager and personnel with documentation, translate letters and documents if required.
Support personnel in local arrangements and practices.
Provide local information and news for the team.
Highlight the economical and cost saving working procedures.
Maintain good customer relations and team spirit at site.
