Responsibilities:

  1. Update all inventory on a daily basis across the warehouse on ERP/Excel/Quick Book.
  2. Coordinate with warehouse managers for maintaining records of all inwards and outwards.
  3. Devise and implement SOPs.
  4. Be the link between Operations and accounting teams.
  5. Ensure accounting entries and bookkeeping of all transactions through the accounts team.
  6. Ensure timely dispatch and consolidation of all orders and optimize the use of delivery vehicles.
  7. Conduct weekly physical inventory of warehouses.
  8. Fill logs of inventory sheets.
  9. Reconcile physical and entered stock on a weekly basis, providing timely reports on any discrepancies.
  10. Ensure optimum storage conditions for all stock in the warehouse.
  11. Accurately calculate total supply chain costs in relation to proposed new projects.
  12. Obtain quotes for transportation and make cost comparisons.
  13. Strategy planning of warehouse, logistic operations, procurement, and inventory levels.
  14. Develop standard SOPs for warehouse operations.
  15. Conduct stock cycle counts and inventory reconciliation in management application ERP.
