Job Overview
GoAccelovate is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create seamless interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Job Description

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications that are visually engaging and user-friendly.

Ensure all designs align with GoAccelovate’s brand identity and usability standards.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and iterate on design concepts.

Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user pain points and preferences.

Use research insights to optimize and refine user experiences across platforms.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products and reusable design components.

Create user flows, interactions, and micro-interactions to deliver intuitive and frictionless user experiences.

Conduct usability tests on prototypes and live products, collect feedback, and improve design solutions accordingly.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a modern design approach.

Qualifications

2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

Knowledge of interaction design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Skilled in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles (a plus, but not mandatory).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in UI/UX design or equivalent hands-on experience are a plus.

  • Verbal: Have good articulation and should be able to manage escalations in a professional manner
  • Computer Skills: Candidate must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency and excel in a dynamic, fast paced growth environment.
  • Works well in a team environment and is accountable to take ownership to achieve personal and team results.
