Job responsibilities:
- Design user-centric logistics workflows across web and mobile platforms, focusing on efficiency, clarity, and usability for operational users (e.g., warehouse staff, fleet managers, supply chain coordinators)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to define user problems, translate them into design solutions, and ship impactful features

Responsibilities:
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive and seamless experiences.
- Leverage E-commerce-specific user behavior insights to improve product flows and increase engagement and conversions.
- Create design solutions that enhance digital product performance across E-commerce features like product discovery, checkout, personalization, and customer retention.
- Facilitate product vision through design research, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and performance.
- Design responsive UI components optimized for mobile and web.
- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate accordingly.
- Use tools like Figma, Canva, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop for design execution.
- Apply strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing assets such as banners, promotional visuals, and in-product graphics aligned with brand identity.
- Stay on top of the latest design trends, particularly in the E-commerce and AI sectors.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience, with a strong emphasis on E-commerce UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for E-commerce web/mobile platforms.
- Experience designing high-conversion flows like product detail pages, cart, and checkout experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva for designing and presenting mockups and digital assets.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and how they translate to scalable UI systems.
- Design thinking methodology to solve complex user and business problems.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

About Position:
As a Product Designer, you work cross-functionally with several of our business units, including our research & development and product teams, as we work to grow and enhance our line of software products in the recreation space.
As we continue to expand the value of our suite of products, we are looking for an experienced designer who can efficiently lead the iterative design process and collaborate with our tech leads and product owners to refine the UI/UX of our features (big or small.) You have a key attention to detail and aren’t afraid to point out a design flaw! You are very confident with tools, have no problem showing off your work portfolio, and are not afraid of constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:
● Advocating for great user experience across our range of software products including a point-of-sale software, e-commerce site, league management tool and mobile app.
● Conducting onsite and remote customer research and usability testing.
● Assisting with translating user stories into higher fidelity wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
● Incorporating industry-best design practices into your work, explaining design choices and providing rationale.
● Working with our development team to implement and integrate your designs.
● Following, maintaining and expanding our visual pattern libraries and style guides.
● Conduct user tests to validate designs and product direction.
● Work in a cross-functional capacity to help drive design thinking and UX between products.
● Working within an Agile (Scrum) environment to plan and deliver projects incrementally.
● Interfacing directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand user needs and goals.
● Collaborating with other designers and developers to help move our products forward.
● Contributing to our company road map to help shape and influence vision for current and future products.
Qualifications and skills:
● Degree/diploma in Design, Graphic Design, User Experience Design, a related field, equivalent work experience.
● Proficiency in design fundamentals like typography, color theory, layout, responsive web design and user-centred design principles.
● Knowledge of current and emerging standards in design trends.
● Experience working with Flutter is a plus.
● A strong understanding of Accessible Design (WCAG).
● Proficiency with industry-standard user experience design technology such as Figma equivalent.
● Experience with common user research and usability testing methodologies and proven ability to use data to inform your designs and decisions.
● Experience with the usertesting.com platform
● Familiarity with the Material Design (Google) framework"
