We are growing our product team and are looking for a Product Analyst who’s excited about fintech, user experience, and delivering value to global customers. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career, with opportunities for learning, development, and progression into more senior roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams (product, design, development, and marketing) to design and improve our money transfer products and services
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to help enhance the user experience across ACE’s mobile app and website
• Assist in monitoring the performance of payment processes and help ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Analyse user interactions and customer data to identify usability issues or performance bottlenecks
• Participate in sprint planning and task coordination with technical teams
• Assist with onboarding new payment or payout partners by helping gather requirements and track integration progress
• Conduct competitive research and contribute to identifying new product opportunities
• Gather customer feedback and participate in usability testing sessions to improve product features
• Ensure awareness and support of compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Work closely with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to support product-related initiatives

We are looking to expand our Product Management team which focusses on analyzing and designing all the activities during the VIDIZMO product development lifecycle. The goal is to help transform simple business requirement specifications into full technical implementation by the product engineering team. This includes working on wireframes, mockups, user stories & acceptance criteria(s), functional & nonfunctional requirements as well as managing the technical requirements for the VIDIZMO products.

VIDIZMO is an Enterprise Video Content and Digital Media Management Platform & Portal that allows customers to ingest, store, distribute and analyze live and on-demand video, and other digital media assets such as images, audios, documents, PPT, etc., to both internal and external targeted audiences with security and reliability. VIDIZMO platform is highly flexible and works with all devices, different tools, and platforms that may already be in use, and provides solutions for corporate communication, training, marketing, asset management, and digital evidence management.

Job Description:

· Should be able to independently take up new features and deliver User Stories that are ready to be consumed by the Engineering teams.

· Should be able to create MRDs and PRDs for the VIDIZMO products.

· Ability to analyze, design and document product features.

· Should be able to evaluate VIDIZMO products and feature against competitors and market trends to meet market demands.

· Ability to create and maintain Product Backlog and prioritize features with the help of Product Engineering leadership.

· Should be transform raw business requirements into User Stories and mockups that are ready to be consumed by the Engineering teams.

· Ability to assist the Product Engineering team in critical design decisions.

· Should be able to enable and support the Software Quality Assurance Team in Developing Test Scenarios and Test Cases

· Should be able to perform the Internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report any anomalies to the Product Engineering Team before the feature and user story is released.

· Should be able to create and maintain a Product Roadmap that serves as an input for the Product Engineering team for enhancing product features and capabilities.

· Should be able to take the responsibility for performing competitor analysis, how it fits into Vidizmo products and how it affects existing product areas.

· Ability to lead the Product Development Lifecycle by collaborating across various teams such as sales, marketing, product engineering, customer success and capture their feedback as an input to the Product Development Lifecycle
