Job Description

As a Principal Business Analyst, you will be a key player in orchestrating the design and implementation and ongoing value realization of business solutions that align with both client expectations and company standards. Your role involves leading functional activities, managing business stakeholder interactions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout various project phases. As a senior member of the team, you will guide and mentor other analysts while driving continuous improvement in our processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and participate in organizing agile project functional team activities during the build phase, ensuring efficient task prioritization, risk anticipation, and accurate effort estimation.
  • Client Demonstrations: Lead and support demo sessions showcasing company’s template solution and customized client solutions.

We are looking for Principal Business Analyst with 7+ years in Digital Banking, to join our rapidly growing team across regions. We are looking for someone with implementation stories to tell and ready to apply best practices to our customers.

  • Undertake market research, collate feature recommendations from clients and build a pipeline of requirements.
  • Prioritize the requirements and assist the Product Director in creation of road map.

  • Good knowledge of Digital channels is a must.
