Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 3-5 years in relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all machinery and equipment operate at optimal performance levels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
- Maintain safety compliance and operational standards.
- Keep records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and workflows to optimize equipment reliability and longevity.
- Inspect and monitor the performance of machines, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, equipment performance, and repairs.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades, replacements, or modifications to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the operation and maintenance of Customer Meter Stations (CMS) within the designated franchise area.
- Oversee the operational integrity of natural gas measuring equipment at Industrial Gas meter stations, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage field activities related to the installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of gas metering equipment across the distribution network.
- Strategically plan and schedule tasks to optimize manpower, ensuring the timely completion of gas measurement activities in line with established schedules.
- Drive proactive planning processes to optimize manpower, ensuring the timely completion of maintenance activities for gas measuring equipment.
- Ensure the availability of Gas Meters, EVCs, Regulators, Filters, TOCs, and other necessary Gas metering equipment for CMS assembly modifications and replacements.
- Conduct root cause analyses, document issues, and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Oversee the effective calibration/Joint Meter Check of Sales Meter Stations, conducted by the team.
- Plan emergency and contingency procedures for promptly addressing emergency complaints on a 24/7 basis.
- Ensure precise gas management, accurate measurement, and adherence to pressure standards based on demand-supply analysis.
- Supervise the procurement of essential spares and equipment, adhering to technical specifications and requirements.
- Manage the procurement of spares and equipment in accordance with technical specifications and requirements.
- Develop, implement, and manage key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each responsibility area, fostering individual growth for team members.
- Ensure the achievement of team KPIs by meticulously following the overall plan.
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets for Operations, Maintenance, Revenue, and Capital expenditure within the department.
