Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Unsecured Portfolio strategies in line with Shariah principles and market trends
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure product relevance and competitiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
Monitor product performance and make data-driven enhancements
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking. Relevant product experience will be a plus.
