Able to run the retail pharmacy independently. Prescriptions processing, counseling and providing expert advice to patients when required. At point of sale, verify that customer receives correct prescription(s). Responsible for the ordering, effective inventory management, safe storage of medical products. Maintaining computerized records. Overseeing the Daily Cash management, Sale and Purchase. Managing, supervising and training pharmacy support staff. Selling healthcare and other products, such as toiletries, cosmetics, etc. Promoting sales and developing the business. Keeping up to date with current pharmacy practice, new drugs and their uses. Assist in training of existing and new employees. Counseling and advising the customers on the treatment of minor ailments. To carry out any other duties/activities as and when assigned by the Management.
